Psychic Self Defence Class
This class is open to all students who wish to learn practical techniques for self protection. You will learn a variety of techniques designed to protect yourself from negative energies, negative psychic attacks and negative emotional projections stemming from the environment and people around you.

Psychic Self Defence
In our modern world, it's easy to become overwhelmed with negativity. This can come from the work place, hostile environments and the media. This negativity can impact the health of your energy fields creating physical, mental, emotional and spiritual disharmony. Some signs of these invasive energies include:

- Distressing dreams and/or sleep disturbances
- Unexplained headache and/or dizziness

In this fun and inspiring class, you will learn self empowering techniques that you can make use of in your day-to-day life:
- How to identity invasive energy intrusion
- Grounding and centering techniques
- Cleansing techniques for your energy fields and aura
- Aura strengthening exercises
- How to create an auric shield to protect yourself from harm and ill will
