Reiki Classes in Vancouver
Christa Lynn offers Reiki Classes in Vancouver BC. She teaches Traditional Usui Reiki classes for people new to Reiki and also offers Advanced Reiki training in the Karuna Reiki® System for those Reiki students who have already completed Usui Reiki Master training. Christa is a member of the Canadian Reiki Association and the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT). Official IRCT manuals are provided with all Reiki classes and certificates are awarded at the end of each class. Class sizes are kept small to allow time to give more personal attention.
Please note that a $50 deposit ($200 for Master and Karuna training) is required to complete your registration and to guarantee your spot. The remainder is due at the start of the class. All classes are held at Christa's studio at 1929 West Broadway, Suite 202, Vancouver, BC and advanced registration is required.

Reiki Level I
In this class, students will be attuned to the Reiki energy. Emphasis is placed on learning the hand positions for self healing and the healing of others. Topics covered include the history of Reiki, ethical practices of Reiki, the 21-day cleanse, chakra systems, meridian systems, the Five Reiki Principles, the 3 Pillars of Reiki and how to energetically scan the body. Students will receive a manual that includes Level I & Level II material. This class starts at 10:00am and ends at 5:00pm. Upon completion of the training, students will be able to provide Reiki healing for self and others. This is a fun-filled day with abundant hands-on practice. Class size is kept to a maximum of four students.

Reiki Level II
In this class, students will be attuned to the Reiki Level II energy. Students will be introduced to the Usui Level II symbols and will learn how to integrate these symbols into each Reiki session. Contents of this class include learning to heal unwanted habits, several techniques to send Reiki at a distance, Gassho meditation and personal empowerment. This class starts at 10:00am and ends at 5:00pm. Class size is kept to a maximum of four students with lots of hands-on practice time.

Reiki Level III
This course focuses on receiving the Level III attunement and learning additional Usui symbols. Topics covered in this class include Aura Clearing, chakra balancing, setting up a crystal Reiki Grid and mediation techniques to manifest goals in your life. Included is the Level III manual and a Reiki Healing Grid. This class starts at 10:00am and ends at 5:00pm. Class size is kept to a maximum of four students with lots of hands-on practice time.

Environmental Cleansing
Environmental Cleansing, also known as Space Clearing, is a process that shifts negative vibrations out of the space being cleansed and replaces the undesired energy with positive high frequency vibrations. The result of cleansing is a lighter feeling room, a space that is filled with positivity, joy, love and creative energy. This course will provide you with the skills necessary to perform a full environmental cleansing of a home or office space. Reiki Level III is required as a prerequiste. This is a two to three hour class depending on the space.
Course Fee: $95 (includes instructions, certificate and space cleansing supplies)
Reiki Master/Teacher Level
This is a 2-day class in which students receive the Reiki Master attunement. Students will learn how to attune others to Reiki. There will be an in depth discussion on how to perform these attunements, how to contract the Hui Yin point and how to perform the Reiki Breath. Students will also learn how to do a self attunement, distant attunement and healing attunement. Students will also learn how to start their own Reiki practice, how to incorporate spirituality in their everyday life and the responsibility of becoming a Reiki Master. Included in the course is the Reiki Master manual. Day one starts at 10:00am and ends at 5:00pm. Day two starts at 10:00am and ends at 3:00pm. Class size is kept to a maximum of four students with lots of hands-on practice time. Before registering for this class, a short interview process will be conducted with each student in order to determine the educational path for the student wishing to become a Reiki Master.

Karuna Reiki® Master Class
Karuna Reiki® is an advanced form of Reiki healing and is the next step after completing Usui Reiki Master training. Karuna Reiki is a highly evolved system of healing that is able to provide healing for physical illnesses, environmental stresses and emotional concerns resulting from modern lifestyles. In this class you will learn the four Level 1 symbols, the four Level 2 symbols and the four Master Level symbols and their healing qualities. You will receive attunements for all four levels of Karuna Reiki and will learn how to give full Karuna Reiki sessions. You will also learn how to give attunements for all levels of Karuna Reiki. Meditations are included in the course that help to heal the shadow self and to connect to spiritual guidance. The course also covers the combining of chanting and toning with Karuna Reiki to facilitate healing. [more info]
